The estate
One hill. Everything on it.
Mirlo is a single south-facing slope: forty rows, one old press, and a terrace exactly level with the vines.
We make three wines, never more. When the hill has a bad year, so do we, and we say so on the label.
Blanco
Picked at first light, drunk by the pool.
Clarete
Our pale red. Chill it. We insist.
Reserva
One barrel in ten, three years of patience.
